Beautifully animated sci-fi film has violence.

The film has violence, including intense battles between giant monsters and heroes, a child character getting her arm broken (there is scene later on where her arm is reset), a character getting his shoulder sliced into by an energy sword (no injury detail), and characters being severely injured by large explosions. One character self-destructs a mech that he's in, committing suicide. There is crude humor, including sight of glowing green monster feces (it's seen being splattered around an enclosure as the monster jumps around in it) and a monster vomiting. There is some language, including use of "hell" and "crap". There are themes of loss. Overall: 8+ for intense sequences of frenetic sci-fi action and violence, crude humor, mild language, and thematic content.

Metro man rising sanked hard

I really wanted to love this film , because it has really good animation, great action scenes , and a good parenting message. But with a predictable story, cleashays popped in all over the place, and unlikable characters. If you like metro man then maybe you can give this a try but you won’t really like it as much as his other installments. 5/10
