CHOPPER COPS follows Florida's Marion County Sheriff's Department as they use helicopter units to track and apprehend criminals. A gripping look at aerial law enforcement with its high-energy chases and high-tech gadgets. While the action in Chopper Cops is thrilling, the show also provides a thoughtful perspective on the coordination between air and ground forces during police critical operations as well as the danger they face. The use of real dash-cam and helicopter night-vision footage adds authenticity and tension, making it a compelling watch. But the heavy focus on violence and high-pressure situations might not appeal to all viewers.
