Common Sense Supports Protecting Youth from Social Media Addiction Act (SB 976), and the California Children’s Data Privacy Act (AB 1949)

Common Sense Media strongly supports the two bills introduced today to better protect California kids online. The bills would improve privacy protections for teenagers and address addictive design features of social media platforms. Common Sense is supporting similar legislation in NY State.
