What's the Story?
Chef Alex McCoy talks viewers through the subtle art of the hamburger in COOKING THE PERFECT BURGER. Beginning with the raw beef and ending with the iceberg lettuce, McCoy breaks down every step of the process so even the most inexperienced home chefs can walk away from the skillet with the tastiest burger of their lives.
Is It Any Good?
It's incredible how many tips and tricks that Chef Alex unveils go against conventional wisdom. Cooking the Perfect Burger is not only a surprisingly entertaining instructional video for burger newbies (burbies?), but experienced burgermeisters should walk away with more than a few tips and tricks to add to their own practice.
